How can I apply my discount code?

There is a section specially for promo codes in our check out! On the right-hand side of our Checkout page is the section for you to enter your discount code. Simply enter the code and click APPLY.

I forgot to apply my discount code

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add in your discount code. BUT you can use it again for a different order before our sale ends!

I need to make changes to my order

Sorry! We cannot make any changes to your order after it has been placed. 

I used the wrong shipping address

Please contact the courier directly to organise a re-direct as soon as possible!

Will I be able to lodge a return?

Yes, however items purchased at a discount will be eligible for an exchange or store credit only!

Original postage costs are not refundable, and return handling fees & restocking fees will be deducted from your store credit.

Will I be able to receive a refund?

We do not issue refunds for any styles purchased at a discount.

What if it doesn't fit?

If you have participated in a flash sale and your swimsuit does not fit, we would be happy to receive your item back for an exchange or store credit.
